Luxor Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter starting at $18 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the recruiter, you will manage and coordinate temporary employees at the client location and be responsible for providing staffing support service to the client. This position is the central contact for hiring managers and human resources to identify openings. You may manage advertising and web posting responses and evaluate staffing strategies and plans. Additionally, you will submit qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interview schedules, and interview candidates. And will attend weekly on-site meetings as necessary.
· Foster and maintain a safe work environment.
· Provide high-level customer service and ensure compliance with all company rules and regulations.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a responsive manner.
· Manage daily on-site operations such as headcount and check-ins of employees to ensure staff availability during working hours.
· Train all temporary employees and newly hired staff in line with company policies and procedures.
· Organize business review meetings with clients to improve performance and quality.
· Monitor all company activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
· Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain designed staffing patterns.
· Organize and conduct interviews.
· Coordinate with supervisors and management to plan activities for higher productivity on the production site.
· Develop and maintain relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns, and grievances as per existing company policy.
· Develop ways to retain all employees through motivation and encouragement.
· Manage employee pool by hiring, retaining, or terminating of same, evaluate performance, and counsel employees to improve performance.
· Maintain weekly temporary payroll and employee personal files to facilitate effective personnel management.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Customer support experience.
· Good/Excellent Computer Skills.
· Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively in English/Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to think quickly and logically.
· Strong phone etiquette.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
· Ability to create strong customer service skills and establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships.
· Maintain records and files on trainings performed.
