The IT Project Lead (PL) - Digital Platform enables the delivery of technology-enabled solutions that address complex business needs. The PL is responsible for planning, leading and coordinating activities of projects to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within budget and committed delivery date. The PL works closely with internal stakeholders to define and document detailed functional and system requirements and then leads project team to assess, configure, program, and create business solutions ensuring high-quality deliverables. The PL operates within company's SDLC methodology and adheres to technical architecture standards. The PL also proactively identifies potential problems and issues and actively communicates and manages issues to resolution.

Location - Orlando FL

Duration - Full Time Direct Hire

Type - Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days/week)

• 3+ years of experience in business process management and functional requirements analysis
• 3+ years of experience leading projects with strong relationship management skills
• Experience in leading technical solution design and developing detailed project plans including allocation/scheduling of tasks for project team members
• Experience working on large project in an enterprise wide environment. Particularly projects that are eCommerce and or digital platform focused
• Our preference would be to consider candidates that have previous hands-on technical experience and are now working as a project leader (i.e. Developer into Project Leader)
