Operational Support Specialist

Provide support and assistance to the account manager in operative tasks, ensuring optimal development in their management, through organization, bilateral communication, and teamwork, while establishing effective relationships with Clients.

WORKING HOURS

Monday through Friday and holidays (according to our calendar)

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

And according to the provisions of the company.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Manage and organize the board according to the assigned account or customer. b. Handle the order entry process for customer’s loads. c. Verify status and movements in McLeod platform. d. Update information required in the customer portal. e. Give support to the different areas of the company in operations. f. Reports to management on the specific results of the company's operation. g. Treatment of clients and suppliers of the company h. Share loads and information with the different carriers according to the account manager instruction. i. Send a daily report to the account manager and carrier of the loads entered during working hours. j. Schedule appointments, according to the account assigned. k. Handling shippers and consignee.
