1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Full-Time - First (1st) Shift | Monday - Thursday

Natural Choice Foods is firmly committed to food safety and traceability. Natural Choice Foods is hiring immediately for an experienced 1st shift Warehouse Associate.

The Warehouse Associate is an adaptable, driven, and proactive team player.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(4) 10 hours shifts | 3 DAYS OFF EACH WEEK!
Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Summary
Responsible for picking product orders for outgoing shipments as well as receiving and moving product. This position also requires cleaning, maintenance of space, and inventory control.

A Sample of the Role

• Keep the product moving: Load and unload semi-trailers with forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse. Stack and store product in appropriate areas according to established sequences and procedures
• Review for Accuracy: Review orders for shipments and assemble the correct products to be shipped

Your Natural Ingredients to Win

• 1 year experience operating a STAND-UP Hi-Lo preferred, but not required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, squat, push, pull and twist over surfaces for extend periods of time
• Ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team
• Ability to speak, write, read and follow instructions in English
• Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Self motivated and team-oriented
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (proper gear supplied by NCF)
