Are you ready to make a move to build your skills, be part of new experiences, and launch your career? At Amazon, our collaborative culture and global presence provides a stream of opportunities to define the future and propel your career. Be part of the next generation of world-class HR leaders through our 18-month NEXUS, New EXperiences for Undergraduate Students, program. NEXUS focuses on helping undergraduate students launch their HR careers through a tailored program built on a foundation of using data to derive insights and technology to deliver at scale. NEXUS uniquely delivers an opportunity to develop your career in HR by gaining diverse experiences through an accelerated immersion program.
You’ll be a full-time Amazonian from day one, and have the opportunity to explore roles on different teams to find where you truly shine. All while being supported and challenged by some of the sharpest minds in the industry.
The program starts with an in-person onboarding experience in Seattle, WA. Here you will meet fellow cohort members and engage in activities to acclimate you to the Amazon culture and businesses, including a combination of HR Essentials training, leadership workshops, and peer mentorship. Your cohort experience does not end here. You will continue building a supportive career network with fellow participants, HR and business leaders, and team members. The program includes opportunities for you to engage in cohort activities through networking, events, and learning activities. You will also gain access to senior HR leadership for guidance and are assigned a mentor throughout the entire program.
After onboarding, you will work directly with HR teams to begin structured immersion experiences in HR Analytics, Talent Management, and as an HR Partner. These immersive experiences will allow you to build a strong foundational skillset and provide structured opportunities to put your skills to practice, and provide the opportunity for promotion by the end of the program.
