Shift:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30PM-11:00PM
- 3rd Shift is also available with some flexibility in hours working Monday-Thursday from either 6:00PM-4:30AM or from 8:00PM-6:30AM
- Some Friday/Saturday work may be required as business needs fluctuate
Pay:
- Determined by experience and will be discussed during interview
- Plus a weekly bonus if overtime worked and a 90 day retention bonus!!
Job Duties:
- Audit finished products and supplied piece parts for conformance to documented specifications.
- Inspect, measure, and record results in QAs electronic database
- Perform and record complete dimensional analysis of new and revised products
- Create measurement programs on the vision system for use in daily production
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school (not required but beneficial)
- 3-6 months of related experience and/or training
- Must understand shop mathematics including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
- Demonstrate understanding of blueprint reading and advanced geometric dimensioning
- Experience using basic and advanced measuring equipment including vision measurement systems, micrometers, dial indicators, drop and pin gages, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation are essential
