GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In this challenging role, you will be supporting the PTA-Physical Therapy Asst department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.

The Florence Darlington Technical College (FDTC) PTA Expansion Academic Program Director is responsible for implementing, evaluating, and reviewing the FDTC Expansion PTA Program curriculum and program. Duties involve instruction in the PTA Program; administration; accreditation participation and records maintenance; personnel management; fiscal accountability and program quality. The individual reports to the PTA Program Director and has the overall responsibility for operating the PTA Expansion Program according to the state and college policy and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master’s Degree or DPT Degree in physical therapy.
2. Have a current, valid license to practice as a PT in the State of South Carolina.
3. At a minimum, 2-years of academic teaching experience and 3-years of clinical experience.
