Job description
$3,500 sign-on job bonus with two-year contract
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service both for in-person and telephone activities.
- Schedules and coordinates appointments with the correct provider using all appropriate information.
- Demonstrates expected behaviors applicable to the Health System scheduling and registration system and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Performs verification functions.
- Performs visit document activities in an accurate and timely manner.
- Demonstrates engagement in the work team and goals of the unit.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $22.89 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: No experience required.
- Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive), and repetitive motion: computer keyboard. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly. Ability to lift/push/pull 20-50 lbs.
