AUDUBON HOSPICE IS HIRING!
Audubon Hospice is looking for a motivated individual to enhance our organization by establishing and maintaining relationships in the healthcare community, and by promoting the necessary and substantial gifts that hospice offers to those facing the end of life. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of hospice experience or outside sales experience with ongoing training of hospice operations. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Minimum of one year in hospice of related occupaton or working knowledge of the operations of hospice businesses including the rules, regulations and laws under which the business is operated, or outside sales experience with ongoing training on hospice operations.

2. Demonstrated communication skills and education with a minimum of a 2 year college degree in a related health field or a 4 year college degree.

3. Commitment to agency compliance policies and Code of Conduct.

DUTIES:

1. Maintain and enhance relationships with health care professionals by regular contact in accordance with Audubon Hospice's policies and procedures and professional and compliant standards of conduct.

2. Promote Audubon Hospice with general public through coordination and oversight of community activities such as Health Fairs and other public service activities.

3. Increase and maintain Audubon Hospice's admissions through development and promotion of company's patient care programs. Participate and assist in development of patient care programs directed at specific health care needs.

4. Prepare Audubon Hospice (weekly/monthly) reports and documentation of client, public, and health care professional contacts and communications. Such reports shall be delivered to Audubon Hospice and must include any direct or hearsay statements relating complaints, comments, or compliments of Audubon Hospice's services or staff.

5. Participate in quality assurance and OBQI meetings.

6. Maintain compliance with all agency policies including prohibition of illegal kickbacks, unauthorized gifts, or monetary or non-monetary benefits to referral sources and the confidentiality of Audubon Hospice's policies, procedures, programs, and patient information.

7. Maintain current working knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to health care marketing and hospice operations.

Pay: $50,325.00 - $78,000.00 per year
