Bottom Line Concepts is looking to hire a motivated, highly energetic individual to join our referral partner management team. A full time position, located at our main headquarters in North Miami Beach. This is a great position with potential for growth.

Since 2009, Bottom Line has relied on its referral partner program to grow a massive network of business introductions. Our primary focus is cultivating a huge network of referral partners with the sole focus of introducing business who are interested in learning more about ERC, the employee retention credit. Each and every day, hundreds of new referral partners are introduced to Bottom Line. We are looking to hire complimentary individuals who can help manage a large network active referral partners.

Primary responsibilities

  • Learning everything about the ERC program.
  • Welcome each new referral partner with an email outlining the program.
  • Ensure referral partner agreements are signed.
  • Ensure W9 and banking information secured.
  • Host referral partner onboarding training zooms up to 5 times per week.
  • Identify active RPs and create tasks to manage them effectively.
  • Answer individual requests for help and guidance from network of referral partners.
  • Host one on one calls with referral partners daily.
  • Assist in communication with project managers and referral partners to expedite deal stage progression.
  • Communicate effectively with referral partner management team.
  • Growth in knowledge and passion each and every day.

A Referral Partner Manager is critical to cultivating new and existing business. This role will primarily help onboard, negotiate, and manage the partnerships that will help to accelerate our business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of in a customer success experience
  • Ability to align and lead the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate across key positions such as sales and project management.
  • Strategic thinking, effective communication and great listening skills.
  • Experience presenting and communicating strategy.
  • Experience building deep partnerships.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and business judgement.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hustler mindset.
  • Experience using Pipedrive or CRM management.
