Serigor Inc. is currently looking for a high-energy Account Executive (New Business) who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Successful Account Executive will be a skilled communicators and presenter who can find the best fit between client and our products and services. You must be a hunter, accustomed to developing and closing new business. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling complaints and negotiations.
- Track all sales activities using Hubspot.
Requirements:
- Must be a hunter, accustomed to developing and closing new business.
- Must have drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude. Passion to Win
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Outgoing personality and the ability to engage prospects easily over the phone, in email, and over social media, as well as onsite.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
- Provide presentations to decision makers and executive level participants
