Summary

The Talent Stream Account Executive will work with Talent Stream Software/ IT leadership to deliver on commercial goals. They will prospect, develop and close new enterprise scale transactions, identify areas for improvement, and support profitable revenue growth and expansion to bring Catalyte's apprentice talent offerings to the marketplace.

They must be highly effective sales executives who excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment. This is a high growth opportunity for sales executives who want to expand their tech career in B2B sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Manage end-to-end sales process (sourcing, generating, qualifying, pursuing, and closing)

● Systematically build and nurture a pipeline of new opportunities following a disciplined sales process, such as MEDDPICC and Value Selling

● Oversee deal-specific negotiations to ensure opportunities are progressing against deal objectives, remaining within revenue and profit targets, and driving to a successful partnership

● Support and coach other sales and account team members

● Work closely with Account Managers for post close account transitions

● Perform other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

● 2-3 years of full Sales cycle experience. Working within a technology, Software as a Service, or workforce environment is preferred

● Comfortable with hunting, closing and expanding new logos and in customer accounts

● Comfortable selling to C-level executives

● Strong discovery, objection handling, planning and closing skills

● Experience with value selling or and following a disciplined sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)

● Experience in contract negotiation and definition

● Experience as SDR or BDR preferred

● Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a high level of personal accountability and responsibility. Ability to deliver results under pressure and work independently to exceed sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
