Our Chemicals team creates solutions that optimize your liquid and solid separation processes. Our family of strongly cationic polymer formulations provide efficient, cost-effective separation, but not limited to refinery and petrochemical processes. Partner with the best

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Looking after field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics.

· Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalations.

· Developing long range forecast for region resource needs and Developing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.

· Working closely with senior leadership from the business and Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done.

· Handling standardized project processes and Guidelines for choosing the right actions.

· Handling diverse clients in a region.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a high school diploma.

· Upstream chemical experience

· Have minimum of 4 year-experience in customer management in a oil field environment.

· Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

· Possess Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

· Working at the base or work location when not at a customer off-shore location

· This role is working with our customers off-shore locations. When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns. When projects or schedules are complete

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
