Account Manager Landscape Maintenance

Immediate Opening, Hiring Right Now. Santa Rita Landscaping is quickly growing and adding to our amazing team. We are currently hiring for the next Account Manager position. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and love to work hands on with clients. The Account Manager position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of jobs and the relationships with our clients. It is a hands-on management position, working with clients to help them with property enhancement opportunities to improve their landscaping. Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Training and coaching will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES:

• Must be a strong personal communicator with the ability to get things done
• Renew current accounts
• Ensure Client Satisfaction
• Sales and proposal creation for property enhancements
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Landscape Management Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales Experience: (Preferred)
• Account Manager: (Preferred)
• Commercial Landscape Maintenance: (Preferred)
• General, broad knowledge of commercial landscaping and working with Property Managers, Store Managers, General Contractor personnel, sub-contractors, vendors: (Preferred)
• Driver’s License - clean driving record (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Commercial maintenance landscaping experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and follow up with clients
• Computer literate, efficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Bilingual a plus!
