Job description
Peak Financial Group, an independent insurance agency in Harwood Heights, IL and Elk Grove Village, IL is searching for a full time, English/Polish speaking Account Representative. Experience in with AMS360 is preferred but not required.
Duties include:
- Entering policy changes and transfers
- Providing support and guidance to customers during the claims process
- Notifying customers of late payments and clarifying customer billing inquiries
- Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed
- Notifying sales team of customer life events that may indicate a need for other insurance or financial services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour
