Accounting Clerk (part time)

Job details:

Purpose of the Position

Supports the Accounting Department, performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the timely, accurate and efficient processing of daily hotel reports.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

· Work collaboratively in a team environment, respond to vendor inquiries via calls and emails, and handle escalations.

. Assisting accounting staff with a variety of accounting duties.

· Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential and follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

· Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, preferably with hospitality finance experience.

· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

· Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Working knowledge with MS Office, especially Excel.

· Experience in accounting.

· A self-starter and with ability to multi-task.

Pay: Competitive Compensation will be discussed at interview.
