ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Fast paced, high volume language service company looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist with strong analytical skills and a team spirit.
Responsibilities include:
- Billing
- Accounts payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Analytical Reporting
- Team Interface
Utilize your accounting and analytical skills to contribute to a team environment, building stronger internal and external customer relationships!
Qualifications
- 2-4 Years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and the creation of spreadsheets, pivot tables, functions, etc.
- Ability to produce essential management reports, daily, weekly and monthly
- Ability to create new reports as requested by management
- Ability to process a large volume of transactions
- Associate degree in Accounting or business-related field
- 2 years of experience in Billing and Accounts Payable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
