Job Title: Accounting Specialist I

RSI EnTech, LLC (RSI) is currently recruiting for an Accounting Specialist I in our Corporate office in Oak Ridge, TN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requires knowledge of accounting fundamentals, company policy, procedures and practices that relate to accounting and payroll activities.
• Successful candidate must have experience in basic accounting functions such as payroll, payables, receivables, billing, and account reconciliation.
• Process electronic timesheets
• Process cash receipts
• Accounts Payable
• Assist employees with access to timekeeping system
• Set up new project charge codes
• Compile customer billings
• GSA, FTR travel familiarity; process TERs from Costpoint
• Process cell phones monthly
• Code & reconcile monthly insurance bills
• File contracts/billings
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Electronic filing

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• AS degree from an accredited academic program plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Deltek Costpoint experience is preferred

Clearance and Health Regiments:

• Criminal Background Check
• Pre-placement Drug Screening
