Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Associate will report to OneOncology’s AP Supervisor. The position is responsible to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving invoices, processing, verification and reconciling accounts according to the established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the accounts payable process at the corporate and practice to ensure invoices are processed accurately & timely
  • Responsible for timely resolution of all invoice discrepancies, ensuring practices remain in good standing with vendors
  • Collaborate with management to ensure proper approvals are obtained timely
  • Maintain AP aging schedule and process payment runs in accordance with company policy
  • Work the error reconciliation report for payment
  • Maintain vendor setup, ensuring all proper documentation is received and maintained
  • Process annual 1099 reporting
  • Assist and ensure successful quarterly and year-end audits as it relates to accounts payable
  • Participate in any other projects as needed.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills and customer service approach.
  • Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast pace environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in Accounts Payable with multi-location healthcare preferred
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Independent worker who can adapt to change quickly
  • Detailed oriented with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
  • Can prioritize, able to multi-task, bring solutions to the table and is comfortable working in a fast pace environment
  • BS/BA in a business-related field preferred
