Custom Calibration Solutions is now on the lookout for a reliable accounts payable go-to that is also willing to participate in reconciliation and accounts receivable activities if needed. This is a full-time position.

This environment is more technical than most which means the pace of work is slower, but the amount of employee input expected is higher. This is a growth position for the right individual. Respectively, your compensation will scale with the value you bring to our company.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
  • Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed.
  • Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  • Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices.
  • Records entry of, verifies documentation for, and distributes petty cash.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Secondary responsibilities include:

  • Contribute in the streamlining of all accounts activities
  • Participate in accounts receivable activities (contacting non-paying customer)
  • Be standing by to cut accounting documents of all varieties based off internal needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with QuickBooks and excel
  • Previous experience producing accounting documents (P.O., quote, invoice, etc.)
  • Previous reconciliation experience
  • You must be expedient and alert on the job and highly responsive to internal and external correspondence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
