Community Living Corporation is a nonprofit organization that provides residential and day services to developmentally disabled adults in Northern Westchester County.

CLC Group Services, its business administration services company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. This position offers a flexible work schedule with full or part-time hours. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, collaborative spirit, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Functions:

· On a rolling basis, process all invoice payments for Community Living Corporation and CLC Group Services

· Track the flow of invoices through their approval process and monitor due dates carefully; follow up as needed with responsible internal party

· Assemble data, calculate and process monthly stipends for day program participants

· Disburse and track semi-annual clothing allowance funds

· Investigate on a monthly basis any check outstanding for a significant length of time

· Assist with preparation of monthly Consumer Allowance payroll

· Assist with inputting journal entries into the general ledger

· Record and monitor receipt of residents’ monthly financial ledgers

· Work closely with the Accounting Manager and other members of Accounting team

· Assist in preparation of the annual audit

· Work as needed with the Controller and Accounting Manager on special projects

· Cross-train on other tasks in the Accounting Department and assist as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
