What's an average day like as an Accounts Payable Specialist?
- Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions
- Handle all vendor correspondence
- Research account activity to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process weekly check runs
- Review aging of outstanding balances due
What are the qualifications?
- Associates Degree or 1-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong, accurate data entry skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Work Schedule:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
