DMK Development Group is an industry leading construction and real-estate development firm specializing in senior housing. With over one billion dollars of project experience across 10 states and with our extensive senior housing pipeline, we are looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to our Louisville team.

ABOUT YOU:

This is a highly interactive role that often entails follow up with others to maintain weekly and monthly cycles of activity. The Accounts Payable Specialist is the custodian of vendor expense and contract data, and manager of their administrative compliance. Providing a high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail is essential to this position. This is a Full-time Hybrid role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Cost code progress billing applications, invoices, credit card purchases, and back charges in accordance with project budgets
• Research and reconcile invoices that are inconsistent to budget
• Match and enter payment applications, invoices, credit card purchases, and back charges against contract and PO balances upon approval
• Database set up of vendors, terms, etc.
• Procure, manage, and maintain vendor compliance documents including lien waivers and certificates of insurances per project and per billing cycle
• Collaborate with vendors and Project Managers to research and resolve billing issues
• Basic AP administration and reporting
• Manage electronic files containing AP material and compliance items
• Assist with investigative and creative project reporting and audits

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Job cost experience required, construction industry a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and related products.
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Salary is commensurate with industry experience.
