Job Title: AR ANALYST

Location: Remote - Anywhere - US

Job Summary:

The AR Analyst will provide support and expertise in accounts receivable (A/R), collections, cash applications and daily posting of sales payout reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage growing accounts receivable aging
• Prepare the company to scale upwards
• Work closely with Revenue and Billing Manager
  
• Resolving invoicing issues that arise due to unique billing requirements
• Solving payment issues
• Updating customer information
• Monthly reviews of our data inputs and controls
• Coordinate with customer success team to ensure customer issues are resolved kindly and in a timely fashion where necessary

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years account receivable experience
• Preferably experienced utilizing Stripe, Salesforce and Quickbooks
• Strong analytical skills abilities
• Ability to collaborate and bring solutions is key
