Lane Aviation is hiring a PART TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK

Lane Aviation is located west of the terminal at John Glenn International Airport, Columbus, Ohio and faces directly off the main runway.

Foster Lane began his long aviation career as a barnstormer. His first airman’s license was signed by Orville Wright. A copy is on display at our facility with other memorabilia. His genius was to see the airplane’s future as a viable business, not a toy or a war machine.

87 years later, the flying school, opened by Foster and Ruth Lane at Port Columbus, is an internationally known and respected Aviation Services Organization. Our diverse departments provide service to the flying public, general aviation, business aviation, international freight and government fueling. 20 – 25 hours per week. Hours are flexible

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of check deposits
• Posting cash / credit card / ACH payments
• Receivable adjustments
• Soft collections
• Distribution of invoicing
• Other miscellaneous accounts receivable functions

Previous Accounts Receivable experience required.

Must have basic Excel skills

Knowledge of Dynamics GP a plus

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Must be able to pass drug test and FBI background check

Must be able to meet Airport Authority and Transportation Security Agency requirements (no felonies)

Stable employment history preferred

United States citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
