Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator

We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team an Accounts Receivables Collections Analyst on the A/R Collections Team!
Responsibilities
- Reviewing customer account status and following guidelines on releasing customer orders entered in the system
- Control and maintain the collection of current and past due invoices
- Research and investigate reason for non-payment and obtain necessary documentation / information to provide to customer in order to support collection.
- Request debit memo copies from customer in order to research and determine validity for credit memo processing;
- Manage collection of invalid chargebacks.
- Work directly with customer and internal departments to have credit memo processed to offset open account;
- Weekly reporting to sales, management on oustanding issues including but not limited to aged unpaid invoices, chargebacks.
Qualifications
- High school dimploma with 3+ years of relative work experience
