HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Five Star Bath Solutions is growing in the Arlington (DFW) market! We are currently looking for workers to help our lead installers to handle the installation side of the business as well as providing customer service after completion!

What are we looking for?

· 1+ years experience in home improvement / home services. ***MUST SHOW ON RESUME ACRYLIC/COMPOSITE BATH EXPERIENCE.***

· Reliable transportation, truck preferred.

· Valid driver’s license with clean record.

· A great attitude.

· Great communication skills, bilingual a plus.

· Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and in their homes (between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)

· Self-motivation and results orientation.

· Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.

You Will Be Responsible For

· Assisting to complete installations.

· Maintaining company equipment.

· Obtaining referrals from clients.

· Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

Five Star will provide training on specialty wall surround products.

Compensation

· $80,000 to $120,000 per year

· Quarterly / annual bonus potential based on overall company performance and customer satisfaction.

Although Five Star will occasionally take on full bath remodeling projects we specialize in Wet Area installations. We offer a wide variety of products at competitive pricing to our customers and we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
