The Max Tax Holdings group of companies DBA Jackson Hewitt is looking for an Administrative Aide. This person would support the current Franchise Owner in the operation of nearly 40 Jackson Hewitt storefront locations across three states. The job location is out of the Franchise Owner's home office.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Aide to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
Max Tax Holdings is a small business in a growth phase hiring to train and develop a leader to grow with our team, as we grow and acquire, to a mid-size business in the mid-term, and a much larger business in the long-term.
Looking for someone committed to a long-term position with the team. An individual who is eager to learn the ins and outs of operating a successful small business. Then applying those lessons learned from operating tax preparation stores across the country to other potential acquisitions and revenue streams.
The person would report directly to the Franchise Owner and will support in any way necessary. No task is too big or too small.
Although we require someone with enough experience to take the company to new heights, rolling up your sleeves is a must, and we need someone who won’t shy away from getting hands-on and wearing multiple hats. Must be able to work side by side with the owner of the company, and independently as well.
This role requires someone who is process and deadline oriented, able to take direction with meticulous attention to detail. The critical requirements are grit to see endeavors through to completion, common sense, and a commitment to the success of the company and development of future projects and revenue streams.
