Performs a variety of clerical and service functions to support the efficient operation of the company.
Essential Functions
Provide service for incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence to the division.
Perform administrative functions such as creating documents, handling mail, accepting deliveries, notary service and maintaining filing.
Coordinate meeting arrangements.
Perform various routine administrative tasks for the leadership team.
Assists with projects within the department.
Depending on role, may coordinate the collection, storage, and distribution of marketing materials.
May assist with event logistics, and coordinate with the assembly of large marketing mailings.
Assist with facilities management
Coordinate with vendors to fill breakroom vending machines
Demonstrate the Aerostar values in daily actions.
Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
Minimal travel may be required.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 years related administrative experience is preferred.
