BASIC PURPOSE:
The role entails assisting the recruitment department by consistently servicing, educating, and expanding our customer base. This position requires the ability to work with a high degree of self-motivation, as well as the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for full support for the Recruiter.

  • Handle Distribution and Collection of all Forms:
  • Travel Reimbursement Form
  • W4
  • Direct Deposit
  • Tax Home Statement
  • On Boarding From
  • Background Consent
  • Education Verification
  • Following up on missing Assignment Confirmation Notice
  • References/Evaluations
  • Digital Interview/Modern Hire
  • License Verifications/NURSYS
  • Radius Rule Audit
  • Referral Bonus Payout
  • Escalation of THS issue to payroll
  • How to escalate payroll issues – working with the Care Team
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
  • No direct reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, office environment, and/or service industry preferred
  • Knowledge of office systems and Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

  • Employees must possess comfort in learning, training, and engaging with others virtually through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Usually work regular office hours but may have to work nights or weekends. Open work area in an office environment. Sedentary for prolonged periods of time. Regular use of complex phone and computer systems
