Position Overview:
- Perform clerical and administrative duties in support of Human Resources and Safety. Other administrative tasks may be assigned as necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Phone screens, coordination of interviews, creation of requisitions, scheduling of pre-employment drug screens and background checks and coordination of reference checks.
- Responsible for supporting the HR department; Processing of unemployment claims, verification of employment inquiries, filing, assist employees with UKG and other site online platforms, new hire and annual training support
- Safety; Updating the Safety information board with current information, organizing files, support SMETA audit preparation efforts.
- Operations: Support filing in all departments
- Other duties as assigned
Safety Responsibilities:
- Safety is vitally important not only at our facility but also from a personal standpoint. Employees are responsible for understanding and following all safety procedures. Likewise, food safety is a key performance indicator. Understanding this, GMP and housekeeping procedures are to be followed as part of any job at our facility
- Workers compensation administrative support as needed
SQF Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Support SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.
- Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Education and Experience:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in administrative work preferred
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Office Suite experience is preferred
- Advanced computer knowledge is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.53 - $24.09 per hour
