4-Day Work Week Option Available

$2,000 SIGNING BONUS

Starting Pay: $20.16/hour with potential increases depending on education and experience.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing broad and varied secretarial and administrative support to various programs of the Agency.

MAIN DUITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Credible and Ramsey County System (Daily)
  • Obtain diagnostic assessments prior to expiration to maintain compliance
  • Open all new clients into Credible and, when informed, close terminated clients
  • Update client information and who current primary case manager is in Ramsey County system
  • Serve as a back-up Receptionist
  • Scanning (Daily or as needed)
    • Audit for scanning for CSP
    • Catching up overflow of scanning
    • Tracking OBRA/LOCUS
    • Coordinate purchase of office supplies (Every two (2) weeks or as needed)
  • Perform Archiving/Recalling/Maintenance duties with Iron Mountain as needed

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of administrative/office support experience OR combination of equivalent experience and training
