Northpoint Asset Management, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Northpoint's Arizona Region.
- 20+ HOURS PER WEEK:
Part time: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant supports property management and sales agents. You are the glue that keeps the office running efficiently. Responsibilities include phone scheduling, answering, forwarding, processing tenant applications, drafting documents for Broker review, coordinating vendor work, emailing requested information, data-entry into a software accounting system, taking payments to the bank, resolving minor concerns and questions on behalf of property owners, tenants, and property managers.
- REQUIRED SKILLS:
We're looking for a self starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of software technology. Quick learner, multi-tasker, HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE!
