The Office Administrator reports to Station Management and oversees the operation of the office. This includes primary responsibility for the following:
- Leading the new-hire & on-boarding process
- Maintaining relationships with corporate recruiting partners, airport authority, and badging office
- Accurately ensure proper audits for badging information for the airport authority
- Daily management of timekeeping entries, payroll, and assisting with issues
- Assisting employees with HR related issues including insurance, communication with corporate and file management
- Maintaining inventory, ordering, and recording of uniforms
- Meeting with front-line Supervisors and Warehouse Manager to communicate safety, training and recurrent needs.
- Handle any reports or information requested by Station Leadership
- Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at the job location
- Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Carry out other duties as assigned

General Qualifications: *
- 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States

Education/Experience: *
Bachelor’s degree and one year’s experience. Associate’s degree or high school diploma or equivalent may be substituted with three or more years of relevant experience in the office environment.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills: *
Proficiency is required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, sufficient to write letters, organize schedules, and perform other tasks related to operations and the office.
