Tel Hai has a wonderful opportunity to join our Finance team in this full-time position. This Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm position will require working one Saturday per month. $17.78 - $18.89 per hour depending on experience.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Performs duties such as data entry, cash receipts, journal entries, word processing, preparing lists, receipting checks and cash, and filing.
  • Completes monthly reports and accounting data entry.
  • Processes daily bank deposits and transfers as well as credit card and bank debit transactions throughout the month.
  • Performs efficient operation of switchboard and paging system. Promptly and accurately transmits calls and messages.
  • Receives, screens, and gives directions to residents, visitors, guests, sales representatives, etc.

Qualifications:


  • High School graduate or equivalent plus at least two years of related experience required.
  • Must be proficient in a Microsoft environment.
  • Must have a high degree of initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have good telephone etiquette and mature interpersonal skills,
  • Must have the ability to work productively under pressure and with interruptions.
  • General accounting knowledge preferred.
