The Parking Spot is the leading near-airport Parking Company with over 38+ locations at 21 airports, and over 1,500 employees nationwide. As a privately held company that has experienced continued growth, we have added 11 facilities within the past 5 years.
Our Administrative Assistants play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities. They are responsible for supporting our GM's in all administrative functions, as well as helping with basic HR areas such as hiring and onboarding for new TPS team members. Pay Rate: $20 / hour
Weekly Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities of Admins:
- Perform clerical duties including filing, report preparation, and phone coverage
- Prepare Spot Club card information by stuffing envelopes and organizing
- Follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook and Gold Standards
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding of our new TPS team members
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Admins:
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
- A solid employment record and previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers
