Position: Part- time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant provides logistical and administrative support to the leadership in our organization. Coordinates the communication, activities, and travel of leadership. Oversees and manages their calendar, prioritizes external/internal meeting requests, arranges complex travel plans and meeting logistics, correspondence, communication, and presentations as necessary. The Administrative Assistant conducts daily tasks of answering phones, emails, sort mail, create mail labels.

Qualifications:

• Strong Service Orientation
• Extremely organized
• Strong skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
• Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Ability to manage and coordinate complex executive level appointment calendar; prioritize assignments and independently organize work; demonstrate initiative and follow through in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Type: On- Site, Part- Time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
