Administrative Assistant/Service Coordinator
Job description
Our fast growing company in Robinson Township is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant / Service Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and coordinate our day to day service calls and billing.
This is an entry level position situated in a fast paced work environment, involving direct customer contact. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to work through details. The work consists of general duties including data entry, answering the telephone, and customer service
Filing, copying, creating submittals and manuals, updating various office reports, assisting Office Manager and Purchasing Manager with daily office needs.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management skills. attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. High School diploma with office experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
