Job description

This position will consist of duties to include administering assigned trust accounts; making daily deposits to the Trust clearing account and sweeping funds to/from money market accounts; preparing checks for disbursements and expenses; maintaining check/deposit register; various reconciliations; receiving and posting of interest, dividends, rents, maturities, etc.; processing securities purchased; generating customer statements; and assisting clients with inquiries as well as other duties assigned by the Wealth Management Officers.

The qualified individual should have strong customer relations skills. As well, this individual should be able to meet required deadlines, perform tasks accurately, have good organizational skills and should demonstrate initiative. This person must be a team player and be able to establish a good rapport with co-workers and customers. Familiarity with investment terminology and a general understanding of investment processes will be considered a plus. Microsoft Word and Excel applications experience. High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred.
