A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR / OFFICE ADMIN

Our Administrative Coordinator / Office Admin is the glue that keeps our team working together and our operations flowing smoothly! Being proactive and resourceful, you are sure to maintain an open mind when patiently listening to questions and finding appropriate solutions. You help create efficient and seamless operations by creating, implementing, and monitoring procedures. Finally, you take pride in keeping al the financials in order by making sure invoices are paid on time, and all charges and records are accurate. Your work ethic and commitment to your work shows in each and everything you do!


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of administrative office experience
  • Functional bookkeeping and billing skills, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Can accurately use Microsoft Office
  • Willing and able to quickly learn our company software (Service Titan)

Bilingual is preferred but not required. Experience in plumbing or another home service trade would be a plus! Do you have a history of outstanding job performance?
