Eutaw Construction Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Administrative Field Clerk to work with our construction projects in Nashville, TN. The applicant must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities:
- Generate custom reports as directed
- Perform essential payroll/timecard functions
- Provide a broad range of secretarial/clerical support
- Proficiently enter data into various software systems
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- Maintain appropriate filing systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of our business
- High Level of Proficiency in MS Office with specific expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Payroll experience preferred
- Skill in effective time management while handling multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects promptly
- Familiarity with our industry
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
