Founded in 1985, START (Supportive Treatment And Rehabilitation for Terrebonne) Corporation was founded to help with mental health services for the Terrebonne parish area. Since then the company has expanded to include physical health care and permanent supportive housing across the state.
We are looking for an Administrative Manager for our HR team in the New Orleans area.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clear driving record for 5 years
Job Duties / Skills Required:
- Sets up appointments to have new employees fill out paperwork.
- Drives to various locations to have the employees fill out onboarding paperwork.
- Works with Regional HR generalist to set up times and places for meetings with new staff.
- Prepares, proofreads, and edits correspondence, reports, and other materials.
- Maintains files and reference manuals/materials; ensures confidentiality / security of information.
- Completes or assists with payroll preparation, travel reports, supply requisitions, etc.
- Maintains organization and security of online file repository.
- Organizes and maintains files and records and compiles reports as needed.
- Types or enters data regarding a wide variety of correspondence, reports, tables, records, case histories, hearings, etc. from rough draft, dictation, or instructions.
- Enters new hire information into the HR database
- Types or enters data requiring knowledge of special terminology.
- Proofreads, edits, and revises documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and format.
- Establishes and maintains electronic files for identifying, recording and classifying stored data; extracts, assembles and merges stored information to create new documents.
- Maintains up to date and accurate data in all required data systems.
- Maintains local / program specific personnel documents.
- Assists in monitoring required staff training and documentation in Human Resource files.
- Ensure that personnel files are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Obtains required documentation for files and charts; makes copies as needed.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Orleans, LA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- and clear Louisiana Driver's License (Preferred)
