Hughes has an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Specialist to support our Sales team. This position will be located at our office in Gaithersburg, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the link between sales team and retailers to guide them through the onboarding process
- Research and disseminate information on potential retailers to assist in the qualification process
- Evaluate opportunities provide direction to the sales team based on communication with the retailer
- Identify pipeline potential issues and roadblocks in dealer services processes
- Focus on developing strong relationships with ISR and sales team in your territory
- Support the Hughes MX office with any and all onboarding and training activities or retailers and installers
- Work and manage several department audit processes in your assigned territory
- Fully support retailers both through and after the onboarding process
- Develop, coordinate and follow up on strategies for smooth retailer onboarding
- Hybrid work model (2-3 days in office/2-3 days at home)
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Detail Orientated
- Self starter
- Highly adaptable to changing and expanding environment
- Superior adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service.
- Expert organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Salesforce experience a plus
Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
