As an Administrative Assistant at NVR, your attention to detail and initiative will help you successfully provide support to homebuyers, contractors, and NVR Homebuilding team members. Your aptitude for service will make you an all-star.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The face of Ryan Homes to our customers.
  • Interact with Customers, Realtors, Vendors, Developers and others to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Interface between employees, vendors and customers to ensure customer experience at closing is exceptional
  • Manage office systems and vendors, such as phone, security access, copiers and postage machine
  • Run Monthly Reports for Managers
  • Answer phone calls and direct callers or provide basic knowledge of processes to them.
  • Assist marketing staff with invoicing and check requests
  • Organize company functions
  • Assist managers and employees with meeting scheduling, room set up and lunches

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional administration experience
  • Highly-driven proactive problem-solver
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in typing and word processing
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and requirements
  • Proven ability to interact with customers and manage relationships
  • Understanding of the Homebuilding industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of NVR products and procedures is a plus
