Job Summary:
Join our mission of helping clients and their families in the San Francisco Bay Area to achieve peace of mind by providing personal home care and being proactive in seeking resources and solutions to those in need. We have an immediate job opening for an Administrative Assistant. Pay is dependent on experience (DOE) and qualifications from $18.50/hour to $19.50/hour.

Overall Objective:

This position is ideal for a candidate who wants a stable part-time position. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, positive, dependable self-starter with the ability to work as a team and who maintains confidentiality standards. We are looking for the right candidate who can work a flexible part-time schedule, is able to to prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines and who will work in a fast-paced environment at our San Leandro office 1-2 days per week, 8-16 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more office experience (willing to train right applicant)
  • Previous administrative experience for a small office or team including ordering office supplies/replenishing supplies
  • Light bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in various computer and software skills (PC, MAC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills and team oriented with ability to work independently
  • Maintains confidentiality standards
  • Complete live scan background check, TB screen, and is authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Spanish or other language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • General office assistance
  • Maintain accurate employee files and records
  • Interacting with employees on updated information
  • Data entry and light bookeeping
  • Contacting prospective employees and clients
  • Tracking and ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with Human Resources and Operations initiatives
  • Other assigned Admin duties and responsiblities
