Type: Contract Duration: 12+ month Visa: No restriction.

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with divisional marketing teams and Product Owners to

understand Vanguard business needs and technical requirements around

Testing ad Experimentation platforms (eg A/B testing, multi-variate

testing, etc.)

• Support the enablement of Vanguard's Experimentation platforms

(including variety of statistical and machine learning approaches) to

enable coordinated delivery of personalized marketing messages and

experiences across digital channels

• Design, develop and support application solutions for

Experimentation platforms within Vanguard primarily Adobe Target

• Help improve Vanguard's experimentation platform, including

experiment bucketing, event logging, our offline data processes, and

web UI for data visualization

• Participate in developing innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Collaborate with team members to dig into issues with experiment

setup and data collection

• Work closely with Experimentation Product Owner to support agile

development and delivery of Enterprise Experimentation initiatives

across Vanguard marketing divisions

• Support the configuration and rollout of Adobe Target as the

preferred testing and optimization platform across all Vanguard

marketing divisions

• Perform unit and integration testing and facilitate troubleshooting

as required

• Develop and support distributed and scalable systems and high-volume

transaction applications and services with hands-on coding experience

in modern object-oriented language

• Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding

the execution against the desired testing strategy

• Support Product and Engineering in agile delivery of Adobe platform

initiatives as prioritized on the Enterprise Martech Roadmap

What it takes:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent

combination of training and experience

• 3+ years experience with Experimentation/Testing or Personalization
• 3+ years experience with AB and Multivariant Testing,

Experimentation and Personalization:

• 2+ years experience developing and delivering Adobe technology

solutions (namely Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics and

Adobe Audience Manager)

• 3+ years experience in working with software development methodology
• 2+ years experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Advanced Java SE
• Knowledge of XDM, site data layers and Adobe People Services
• Experience leveraging Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket and Confluence
• Excellent analytical, debugging and technical problem-solving skills
• Able to take direction and work collaboratively
• Naturally inquisitive, critical thinker, proactive problem -solver

and detail-oriented

• Ability to manage and balance multiple (and sometimes competing)

priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting

priorities and a tight deadline

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a

cross-functional environment
