Lanmark360 is seeking an Account Supervisor to directly support the Group Account Director on a mix of the agency’s leading healthcare accounts. You will help manage and in some cases drive client communications as well as lead cross-agency communications to deliver best-in-class work. You’ll understand client needs short-term and long-term and be a true client partner while inspiring the agency’s cross-functional team.

This is a remote flexible opportunity with the option for hybrid in-office working. Our offices are open, and attendance is flexible based on employee location.

About the Account Supervisor position

The Account Supervisor is a team member of Account Services at Lanmark360; a position that has opportunity for growth. The Account Supervisor will work closely with the Group Account Director, as the strategic client lead, to produce and oversee roadmaps that meet client client goals and expectations. The Account Supervisor will be primarily responsible for managing projects with agency team members and will also be the day-to-day client contact. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing estimates / SOWs for proposals and projects with guidance as needed
• Maintaining client status reports and running status meetings for clients as needed
• Client contact reports / meeting follow-up notes
• Forecasting client work and managing project budgets
• Preparing and submitting projects to medical/legal/regulatory review systems as needed
• Provide continuous updates to team on Client/medical/legal/regulatory feedback
• Working closely with internal teams to bring projects to completion, keeping in mind timelines, budgets, and resources
• Working with the leadership team to identify client opportunities to drive agency growth

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years marketing agency experience is required. Healthcare experience, OTC, medical device, pharmaceutical, dental or consumer agency experience a plus.
• Experience executing cross channel / integrated marketing plans
• Passion for growing client relationships that drive incremental growth on existing work
• Proven ability to produce and negotiate Statements of Work and contracts
• Effective forecasting and scoping work with teams in close collaboration with Project Management.
• Innovative strategic thinker
• Strong team collaborator and leader fostering a positive team experience
• Flexible and able to adapt and meeting fluctuating business priorities
• Ability to perform in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
• High attention to detail with follow-through on deliverables
• Ability to work independently as needed
