Qualifications / Skills:

• 
  Strong knowledge of Process Control Plan (daily audits / verifications)
• Supplier management (make sure supplier follows proper standards for the whole value stream) do proper escalations in both, the supplier organization and Adient as needed
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrable skill set in robust 8d methodology
• Demonstrable and proven skill set in the use of key core tools
• Degree Qualified / Chartered Engineer desirable to support development
• Commissioning in Indianapolis
• Execute the activities outlined below, as well as others assigned by Adient, at supplier and partner sites in Indianapolis, IN remotely as required.
• Process Control Plan review and execution (daily audits and verification
• Supplier Management, ensuring supplier(s) follow proper standards throughout entire value stream, executing property escalations in both the supplier organization and Adient as needed
• Demonstrate excellent and constant communication within supplier and Adient organizations.
• Perform 8D’s utilizing standard methodology.
• Utilization of core tools, including but not limited to FMEA.
• Support development of scoping for a Factory Acceptance Test for remote asset commissioning in Indianapolis and/or other required locations.
• The advisory position and QE role will be ensuring that the key deliverables identified by the Adient team are being followed up on by the DSC team , tracked, progressed, and closed out within the time frame expected from Adient. That DSC meets these timing commitments and stays on track with deliverables and key dates. They (Advisor and QE )will report out completion progress of the DSC team for these key deliverables daily to Adient or more frequent as directed by Adient. Advisor or QE may be asked to assist completion or take over the execution of the deliverable item for DSC ,in the event DSC is unable to complete the deliverable, or Adient deems it necessary to step in and complete the deliverable item on DSC's behalf. These events/ situations will by tracked ( hours) by the assigned Advisor and QE.
