We seek an EXPERIENCED Aesthetic Injector Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who measures up to our high standards. Our ideal candidate is polished and motivated with good interpersonal skills to be able to provide high quality patient care.

Candidate should possess a commitment to excellent patient care, be a team player, self-motivated, detail oriented, have a polished professional attitude and a passion for aesthetic medicine. The position will also require support of the Medical Director's Family Practice.

Job Duties:

  • Perform aesthetic treatments and consultations including, but not limited to ablative & non-ablative laser skin treatments, PDO threads, Platelet Rich Fibrin, Morpheus8, skin rejuvenation and Injectables such as Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, etc.
  • Review each patient’s medical record and chart prior to and post treatment
  • Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, communication of treatment protocols, and training
  • Be on time on your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
  • Provide consistent professional injectable and laser treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
  • Effectively inform and educate clients about specific wellness concerns
  • Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a plan of care
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
  • Prepare and mix neuromodulators as needed
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
  • Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
  • Cross promote all the services that the spa has to offer (i.e. facials, skin care, body sculpting, pdo threads, prf)
  • Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
  • Regularly attend support training and staff meetings for the spa
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management

Qualifications:

  • 2-year experience as a Nurse Injector or Physician Assistant Injector preferred
  • EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
  • Have a valid ARNP or PA License in the state of Florida
  • Experience with Family Practice Medicine
  • Experience in administering Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers
  • Laser experience, Morpheus8, PDO Threads, PRF knowledge a plus
  • Detail oriented, organized multi-tasker
  • Be dependable, flexible, reliable, motivated and punctual
  • Able to travel for training and/or work purposes
