SonoBello is now seeking a Full Time Aesthetician for our Austin location.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform non-invasive Venus treatments
• Actively promoting the sales of Venus packages
• Meet both individual and monthly clinic Venus sales targets
• Introduce Venus benefits to post-operative patients
• Maintain accurate chart documentation including photos and treatment notes for all Venus clients
• Assist in scheduling and confirming Venus appointments
• Provide routine scheduled maintenance for the Venus machine
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Venus treatment room
• Participate in clinic open houses and generating reviews and referrals through existing patient base
• Assist in support with front desk duties providing the best customer service experience
• Assist in other clinic support duties such as clinic supply stocking and ordering

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be familiar with MS Office, including Excel
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be a graduate of an accredited program and successfully passed state required licensing test
• Minimum 1-year experience as an Aesthetician

• Ability to work in a fast pace dynamic environment
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, passionate, and knowledgeable in the Aesthetics industry.
• Possesses a wide-ranging fund of knowledge applicable to Venus treatments. While possessing the willingness and desire to learn more.
• Flexible Scheduling including Saturday’s
• Time management for optimization of scheduling
• This role requires using the telephone, computer and other related instruments or devices while communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians and staff
• Specific vision and hearing abilities required by this job include both vision and hearing acuity

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
